Administrative Aid For Us / Uk Strategic Weapons System Fleet Support
This position will support the program manager for US & UK strategic weapons system fleet support. The position requires communication with all levels of management, numerous customers, suppliers, and sites. Overtime is required as necessary to support the business or program needs.
The successful candidate will support the program manager and wider program office team. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :
- Word processing / EB correspondence
- Develop and maintain letter / transmittal templates
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets
- Maintain department records
- Manage inventory control and ordering of office supplies
- Process visit requests for department employees
- Maintain department organization charts
- Travel reservations and preparation of expense reports
- Coordinate facility moves
- IT service requests
- Employee severance and retirement preparation

High school diplomaCandidate must demonstrate error-free word processing capabilities (45 wpm minimum)5+ years of professional administrative experience in an office settingPreferred :
