We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to take ownership of our Sales and Service BDC operations, lead our talented team, and help drive measurable success in both departments.
Position Overview
This leadership role oversees all communication and appointment activity for both the Sales and Service BDCs. The BDC Manager will motivate and coach team members, optimize CRM and scheduling processes, and ensure every customer interaction is handled promptly and professionally — whether the customer is buying, servicing, or scheduling mobile or pick-up & delivery service.
