Gastroenterologist – Outpatient Clinic Opportunity

Essential Responsibilities

This position will work within our growing Gastroenterology department. The new Gastroenterologist will provide comprehensive medical care to ARC’s primary clinic patients treating, diagnosing and performing endoscopies and colonoscopies; no advanced procedures are required. The new Gastroenterologist will not perform ERCPs and is not on ER call since there is very little inpatient work. However, they may answer phone calls from the triage nurse. Endoscopies are performed in one of the local surgery centers. The new Gastroenterologist must have a desire to grow a practice and work independently while assisting well-established Gastroenterology partners. Board eligibility or certification is required, and the candidate must be licensed to practice in Texas.
