A Day in the Life of :
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all day-to-day office support needs of Summer Camp are met, Your people skills will come in handy as you provide a positive customer service experience as well as help you to maintain fantastic professional relationships with your fellow team members and those that we serve.

Responsibilities and Duties :
Answer and transfer all incoming telephone calls in a professional, accurate, and timely manner.Greet all visitors to the facility in a warm, friendly, and professional manner to assist them in reaching their destination.Draft and completes mail and / or fax correspondence as requested.Maintain and update Camp Baker statistical information, including authorized units of services, attendance and database information.Work with the accounting department to ensure billing for services is completed accurately, regularly and in a timely fashion.Serve as notary, as needed.Assure that all administrative records are filed and maintained in a timely and orderly manner and that the filing system meets all licensure and ACA requirements.Inventory, order and stock all office and building supplies.Attend all training sessions and staff meetings as required.Complete tasks specific to Summer Camp :Update camp related documents (paper and electronic versions) annually.
Oversee enrollment process to include registration, confirmation letters and correspondence.Enter camp application data into database and ensure quality and ongoing updates as providedManage applicant consent tracking process to include family / caregiver outreach for incomplete or missing contentRequirements and Qualifications :
High school graduate; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.Minimum of 5 years working in clerical, office administration or related field.Computer experience required.Highly organized and able to develop systems for efficient office management.Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Computer literate with proficiency in word processing and data entry and ability to learn new skills related to current technology.To apply for this position, a completed SOAR365 application is required.
