We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / President to lead our organization towards achieving its strategic goals and objectives. We combine tailored operational services, financial transparency, and cutting-edge tools to help boards govern more effectively while lowering costs and improving homeowner satisfaction.
We are now seeking a CEO / President who can lead the organization through its next phase of growth with vision, operational rigor, and deep client empathy.
- Position Summary
The President will have full P&L and strategic responsibility for our operations, growth, and culture. This is a role for a results-driven, people-focused, and detail-oriented executive who thrives in building high-performance service companies.
The ideal candidate brings a background in property management, association governance, or operational leadership within service industries. They must be equally comfortable with big-picture strategy and hands-on execution.
- Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy
- Own the strategic direction and day-to-day operations.
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable all department heads (Operations, Finance, Sales, HR).
- Translate long-term goals into quarterly plans, initiatives, and KPIs.
- Client Experience & Retention
- Ensure exceptional service delivery to HOA and COA boards.
- Develop and enforce accountability standards across all client-facing staff.
- Personally lead major client relationships and high-value opportunities.
- Operations & Execution
- Build and scale systems for contract management, maintenance coordination, financial reporting, and board communication.
- Implement technology tools that enhance reporting, visibility, and communication.
- Drive cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
- Team Building & Culture
- Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing management team.
- Create a culture of ownership, transparency, and service excellence.
- Mentor department heads and promote leadership from within.
- Financial Management
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and ensure financial performance meets targets.
- Optimize operating margins through vendor control, process automation, and disciplined cost structures.
- Oversee HOA / COA financial integrity and ensure board compliance.
- Growth & Business Development
- Partner with sales and marketing to attract new communities.
- Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities (geographic, service-line expansion, acquisitions).
- Build strategic alliances in the industry and community.
- Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience :
- 10+ years of senior leadership in association management, property services, real estate operations, or related service fields.
- Proven experience scaling teams and operations in a multi-client environment.
- Strong understanding of HOA / COA governance, state law, and board operations preferred.
- Skills :
- P&L and budget management.
- Proven systems builder – SOPs, tech stack, workflows.
- Excellent communicator with clients, boards, and internal staff.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
