Are you a hands-on leader with a knack for organization and a passion for creating a positive work environment? We’re looking for a Floor Line Leader to oversee our frozen food pick and pack operations during the busy school fundraising season.

What You’ll Do :

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse floor operations during seasonal order fulfillment.
• Supervise a team of pickers and packers to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.
• Maintain product quality and inventory integrity.
• Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and warehouse teams to meet tight deadlines.
• Train seasonal staff and foster a safe, motivated, and upbeat work culture.
• Monitor workflow, resolve issues quickly, and report to warehouse leadership.
