A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel for a 5-month contract.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead negotiation of sophisticated, sales-driven commercial agreements with Fortune 500 and enterprise-level clients
Support sales teams on transactions ranging from $200K-$300K+ ARR
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements related to data governance, security, and regulatory issues
Qualifications :
J.D. and admission to at least one U.S. state bar
6+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a top law firm and in-house technology company
Strong background in technology transactions, SaaS, and enterprise commercial contracting
Familiarity with data governance, privacy, security, and regulatory frameworks
Experience with U.S. federal contracting and FedRAMP requirements strongly preferred
