Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of apartment renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires hands-on construction oversight, coordination with contractors and vendors, and basic financial tracking and reporting. We work as a team, and everyone has the roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, but you have to own your role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple apartment renovation projects simultaneously
• Develop project timelines, scopes, and budgets in collaboration with ownership
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders
• Proactively manage issues as they arise
