About The Position

Job Title : MRI Technologist

Profession : Technologist

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Evenings

Hours per Shift : 8 hours (Shift Start Times at 2 PM or 4 PM)

Experience : 2+ Years of MRI Experience, 1 Year Travel Experience

License : ARRT

Certifications : BLS (ARC or AHA)

Must-Have : Pediatric to Geriatric Experience, Trauma Level I Experience, Epic Experience

Description :

Performs imaging procedures in an efficient and safe manner.

Customers may include neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults, or geriatrics.

Performs imaging exams and procedures accurately.

Applies critical thinking skills appropriately.

Recognizes emergent situations and responds appropriately.

Maintains accurate customer medical records.

Ensures confidentiality of all medical records.

Utilizes imaging and hospital computer systems correctly.

Interacts with physicians, team members, customers, and families in a professional manner.

Has access to medications appropriate to their job duties.

Accepts other duties as assigned to promote the accomplishment of organizational goals.

Demonstrates proficiency for the skills outlined in the appropriate position skills list.

Maintains skill proficiency, including improvement where deemed necessary, and upgrades any additional or new skills accordingly.
