About the Team
Our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice enables clients to achieve operational and financial excellence through advanced planning, forecasting, and profitability solutions. We partner with financial services and private markets clients to design and implement solutions that enhance financial decision-making through technology-driven transformation.
Role Overview
As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering technology-enabled FP&A transformations. You will leverage Pigment to help clients reimagine their planning, reporting, and analysis processes. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients while mentoring junior consultants, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
You'll lead or support delivery teams, collaborate with client stakeholders, and help build the Pigment delivery capability within the EPM practicebringing tailored solutions to the financial services and alternative investments sectors.

Compensation and Benefits
There are a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to - skill sets, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the salary range is $100,000 $160,000 USD for US-based hires and $120,000 $170,000 CAD for Toronto-based hires, subject to change based on salary benchmarking. In addition to this salary, candidates will be eligible for a variable bonus.
