Human Resource Assistant
The Human Resource Assistant will support the HR department in daily administrative tasks and employee-related processes. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources while maintaining a flexible part-time schedule. This position is part time and temp to hire. Pay will range between $19 and $23 / hr.
Responsibilities :
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and orientation scheduling
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases
Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
Help coordinate employee training sessions and track participation
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in Human Resources or related field preferred
Previous administrative or HR experience is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
