Missouri Licensed Primary Care Nurse

A company is looking for a Primary Care Nurse (RN or LPN).

Key Responsibilities

Manage triage calls and messages

Support patient care coordination

Collaborate with providers in a team environment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) : Diploma in Practical Nursing and active LPN license

Registered Nurse (RN) : Associate of Applied Science in Nursing or BSN, or 4 years of equivalent experience, and active RN license

2-3 years of experience preferred for both LPN and RN
