Job descriptionAdvise on advanced engineering, system sustainment, cybersecurity / information assurance, modeling and simulation, and agile product development / testing-the core capabilities targeted by the MDoDS pool. Guide integration of PESTO (Personnel, Equipment, Supply, Training, Ordnance) data and enterprise applications; develop technical implementation guidance and oversee legacy code modernization and new functionality development. Assist with data integration, business intelligence, and analytics (metrics development, data mining, OLAP) and advise on net-centric compliant interoperability and RMF compliance. Provide expertise on readiness reporting requirements and interpret DoD policies and standards to ensure solutions meet mission needs. Extensive DoD readiness system knowledge, deep technical expertise (engineering, cybersecurity, or data science), experience developing or sustaining large defense systems, and the ability to work with program managers and technical teams.
