Senior Program Manager
Mantech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Program Manager to join our team in San Panama City, FL. This is an onsite position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract execution and task order management, maintaining direct interface with Government Contracting Officer (PCO), COR, and NSWC PCD technical leads.
- Lead and manage the execution of all project phases, including Engineering & Manufacturing Development, Production and Deployment, and Operations & Support for the LCAC program.
- Oversee daily operations of cross-functional teams delivering hardware / software development, depot-level repairs, integration, quality control, configuration management, and test and evaluation support.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and cost performance reports.
- Coordinate the submission of deliverables, technical instructions, and CDRL documentation, ensuring compliance with PWS requirements and Program standards.
Minimum Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED equivalent9+ years of experience supervising maintenance, repair, or modification of air cushion vehicles, aircraft, or U.S. Navy ships to include 5 years of concurrent program management experience with an air cushion vehicle or aviation maintenance / repair organizationDemonstrated experience with Navy acquisition programs, engineering lifecycle support, and depot operations.Proven track record overseeing multidisciplinary teams across engineering, logistics, software, and manufacturing disciplines.Preferred Qualifications :
Deep understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards, and contract complianceStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage a dispersed teamClearance Requirements :
Must have a current and active Secret Security ClearancePhysical Requirements :
Primarily desk / computer work in an office environment.May involve repetitive motion.Some direct-report personnel work on waterfront locations or aboard LCAC vehicles. Supervisory functions will require visiting and traversing these locations.
