Product Counsel

A company is looking for a Product Counsel to join their Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

Embed with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure legal compliance throughout the product development lifecycle

Monitor and analyze regulatory developments affecting the company to ensure proactive compliance with relevant laws

Draft and maintain internal policies and contractual documentation, collaborating with various teams to support legal compliance in commercial activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and qualified to practice law

7-10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house and in the technology industry

Strong experience advising on consumer protection laws in the US, UK, and Europe

Self-motivated with the ability to manage cross-functional projects and competing priorities

Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to high legal standards
