The Product team at ServiceChannel builds the platform that powers facilities management for the world's leading brands. Every day, our customersmulti-site operators across retail, restaurant, and groceryrely on us to manage repairs, maintenance, and provider performance across thousands of locations.

As an Associate Product Manager (APM), you'll join a high-impact team responsible for evolving this core platform. You'll partner with senior product leaders, engineers, and designers to define and deliver capabilities that streamline work order management, improve provider transparency, and help facilities teams operate more efficiently.

This role is ideal for a curious, driven early-career product professional who thrives on solving real-world operational problems through software. You'll learn to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements, build your product craft, and help shape the next generation of ServiceChannel's platform.

What You'll Do

Product Discovery & Definition

• Partner with Senior PMs to research customer problemsinterviewing facilities managers, technicians, and service providers to understand pain points and workflows.
• Synthesize insights from data, support tickets, and platform usage to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the creation of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), ensuring clarity on user needs, business value, and success metrics.
• Contribute to defining Minimum Marketable Products (MMPs)the smallest, most focused solutions that deliver measurable value.

Pay Range : The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 81,200.00 - 150,800.00
