• Work 10-hour day shifts between 6 : 00 AM and 7 : 00 PM
• Weekend coverage as needed
• Must be available to stay until last patient is cared for
• Call may be required as needed
• Float to other units as needed
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• EP Lab and Cardiac Cath Lab competencies required
• Required certifications : ACLS and BLS (AHA or ARC only)
• EPIC experience required
• Maximum 7 days RTO per contract
• Work in tobacco and fragrance-free facility
• Pennsylvania nursing license required with no license hits accepted
• Skills required : Electrophysiology procedures, arrhythmia induction, cardioversion, AICD insertion / programming, pacemaker insertion, tilt table studies, procedural sedation administration / monitoring, and circulating procedures
• Complete 5-6 hours of billable modules pre-start
• Clinical screening and manager interview required Facility : This healthcare facility features an advanced Invasive Cardiology unit with 4 dedicated Cardiac Catheterization Labs, 3 dedicated Electrophysiology labs, 2 shared cath / EP labs, and 29 prep / recovery bays. The unit completes over 6,000 procedures annually and offers comprehensive cardiovascular treatments including complex coronary procedures, ventricular assist devices, ECMO, structural heart procedures, TAVR, left atrial appendage occlusion, PFO / ASD closure, mitral valve clipping, complex ablations, pacemaker / ICD procedures, cardioversion, peripheral interventions, and pulmonary embolectomy procedures.
