Key Responsibilities :

• Expand Market Presence : Cultivate new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with high-value clients across the Bay Area and other emerging regions.
• Lead Strategic Pursuits : Assemble and guide multidisciplinary teams-including project managers, technical experts, and junior staff-to develop winning strategies, proposals, and presentations.
• Shape Regional Strategy : Play a pivotal role in our West Transportation Group's growth initiatives, contributing to regional planning and execution.
