BASICS OF BECOMING A SHOP AND EQUIPMENT SUPERVISOR

When you join us, you earn $23.00 - $28.00 / hour and receive terrific benefits , including PTO (1 week after 90 days), 7 paid holidays, a 401(k) with company match, healthcare assistance, Dental, and a boot allowance.

DELVE DEEPER

You typically work 8 hours from 7 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm . In this role, you make sure our shop is well-organized and our equipment is in good working order. You manage vehicle and equipment maintenance, performing light repairs when possible and putting in requests for more complex services. Diligently, you help remove snow and build relationships with our vendors. You also jump in to help our landscaping team with other job duties as needed, establishing yourself as a key player in our success!

REQUIREMENTS

If you're interested in this Shop and Equipment Supervisor position, you just need to meet these minimum criteria :

• Basic mechanic skills
• Able to perform minor vehicle & equipment repairs
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills
• 2-cycle motor understanding is a plus
