Position Summary

Labware LIMS Business Analyst, responsible for project deployments, deliverables, and aspects from defining user requirements through implementing IT business solutions and testing activities. Manage Global LabWare LIMS Deployment projects globally.

Responsibilities

• Business Support & Consulting : Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs and industry requirements; provide advanced consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects.
• Implementation and Development : Develop or modify procedures to resolve IT issues considering computer capacity and limitations; analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate into system requirement specifications.
• Support and Maintenance : Provide technical support to business groups through troubleshooting procedures and testing.
• Project Management : Lead projects following PMO processes; lead user acceptance testing and evaluate overall solutions for the client / organization.
• Vendor Management : Assist in defining detailed selection and evaluation criteria based on identified product requirements.
• People Management : Coach and mentor less experienced analysts.
• Follow Teva Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Education : BS in Science, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Experience : 5-7+ years in related fields, GxPs, LabWare LIMS V 5, 6, and / or 7, laboratory instrumentation, GAMP-5, and background in laboratory operations (Preferred).

Travel Requirements

3 must haves : Business Analysis 4 / 5, GxPs LabWare 4 / 5.
