As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic technology, media, and telecom location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the property, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding to various situations as they arise. You will interact with employees, visitors, and guests, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. Position Type : Part Time

Pay Rate : $17.43 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTimeWed02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PMThur02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential concerns.
  • Monitor access points and observe activities in designated areas, reporting any unusual or suspicious behavior.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal supervisors and / or client representatives regarding incidents or concerns.
  • Complete required documentation and reports related to patrol activities, incidents, and daily operations.
  • Assist with emergency response activities in accordance with established protocols for the location.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
