What Youll Do :

As a Detention Counselor, you will work alongside the juvenile justice system, including courts, police, and service providers, to maintain a safe, secure environment for youth. Your work will be essential to a 24 / 7 / 365 operation, helping adolescents in temporary care navigate challenges and find a path forward.

Training Details :

Our new hires participate in a two-week, daylight, paid training program. Once training and clearances are complete, you will transition to our Highland Detention facility in Allegheny County, with travel costs covered during this period. At this point you will be added into the rotating shifts.
