The Enrichment Direct Support Professional will oversee, develop, and implement enrichment activities to meet established goals and objectives.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute client Enrichment Choice List and client caseload list in community setting
- Transport and supervise persons served during non-agency based but agency sponsored activities
- Represent Opportunity Enterprises well at all times
- Demonstrate teamwork with staff and clients served in the agency
- Provide Active Treatment through execution of curriculum program
- Will follow When 2 Work Schedule to determine which clients to serve daily
- Assume various volunteer jobs while in the community
- Obtain medication for clients if they will be on a Community Integration outing during their regular med passing time
- Get Clients back to OE in time for afternoon pickups and transportation
- Maintain Excel tracking sheets, client hours form, client location and schedules
- Maintain appropriate documentation for department and client goals and objectives
- Attend and actively participate in all in-services and agency meetings, as required
- Know each of your clients ISP’s, BSP’s, and High Risk Plans
- Provide line coverage as needed
- Provide lunch coverage when needed
