The Enrichment Direct Support Professional will oversee, develop, and implement enrichment activities to meet established goals and objectives.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute client Enrichment Choice List and client caseload list in community setting
• Transport and supervise persons served during non-agency based but agency sponsored activities
• Represent Opportunity Enterprises well at all times
• Demonstrate teamwork with staff and clients served in the agency
• Provide Active Treatment through execution of curriculum program
• Will follow When 2 Work Schedule to determine which clients to serve daily
• Assume various volunteer jobs while in the community
• Obtain medication for clients if they will be on a Community Integration outing during their regular med passing time
• Get Clients back to OE in time for afternoon pickups and transportation
• Maintain Excel tracking sheets, client hours form, client location and schedules
• Maintain appropriate documentation for department and client goals and objectives
• Attend and actively participate in all in-services and agency meetings, as required
• Know each of your clients ISP’s, BSP’s, and High Risk Plans
• Provide line coverage as needed
• Provide lunch coverage when needed
