AVP, Marketing
The AVP, Marketing plans and executes strategies that sustain current levels of production and grow new business into the future.
Your Day to Day
- Assist with planning and implementation of growth strategy for new business
- Plan and manage relationships with key field organizations
- Plan and implement field related quality assurance measures and compliance procedures
- Act as liaison with home office managers / officers on marketing and sales related issues
- Plan and implement field communications
- Plan, implement and oversee marketing sales projects (product development, training curriculum, etc.)
- Maintain relationships with field management and agents
- Act as liaison with other departments in home office on marketing sales and sales administration issues
- Provide support as necessary on marketing sales projects (product development, training curriculum, etc.)
- Provide miscellaneous support to field management as needed
What You Have
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field, or equivalent in education and experience.Experience in life insurance sales managementAbility to travel up to 50%We Offer
