Job description

AVP, Marketing

The AVP, Marketing plans and executes strategies that sustain current levels of production and grow new business into the future.

Your Day to Day

  • Assist with planning and implementation of growth strategy for new business
  • Plan and manage relationships with key field organizations
  • Plan and implement field related quality assurance measures and compliance procedures
  • Act as liaison with home office managers / officers on marketing and sales related issues
  • Plan and implement field communications
  • Plan, implement and oversee marketing sales projects (product development, training curriculum, etc.)
  • Maintain relationships with field management and agents
  • Act as liaison with other departments in home office on marketing sales and sales administration issues
  • Provide support as necessary on marketing sales projects (product development, training curriculum, etc.)
  • Provide miscellaneous support to field management as needed

What You Have

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field, or equivalent in education and experience.
  • Experience in life insurance sales management
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
