Parking Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor

The Parking Lot Attendant helps ensure a smooth, safe, and organized parking experience for guests. This role includes directing traffic, assisting customers, monitoring the lot, and keeping the area clean and secure. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

To deliver great customer service while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient parking environment. This includes helping guests, enforcing parking policies, and supporting overall lot operations.

Key responsibilities include ticketing and payments, reporting and documentation, administrative support, security and compliance, lot maintenance, customer service, teamwork and communication, professionalism and attendance, and additional duties.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, customer service experience, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, a clean motor vehicle record, a clean background check, ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. for long periods, comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments, in all types of weather, strong communication skills, ability to handle guest interactions with care, patience, and attention to detail, team-oriented, and able to collaborate with coworkers, supervisors, and clients. Team members may need to use a personal cell phone for work-related communications or to access mobile apps. Reimbursement will follow company policy when applicable.
