  • Cultivation Technician I   Reports to : Senior Manager of Cultivation and Post Harvest Location : Manchester, NH Status :   Full-time Salary : based on experience
  • Cultivation Experience Required
  • General Summary :                 Temescal Wellness operates state of the art medical cannabis cultivation and dispensing facilities in New Hampshire.
  • We are seeking a Cultivation Technician to join our cultivation team in producing high quality cannabis.

The perfect candidate for this position will be a detail oriented, organized, self-motivated person who likes to accomplish defined goals, and is passionate about working in the cannabis industry.   Key Responsibilities :

  • Vegetative room work : transplanting clones, pruning and room cleaning        Flower room work : defoliating, lollipopping, trellis netting, and room cleaning        Basic cultivation maintenance and cleaning tasks         Loading and unloading materials, supplies and waste         Learning and following all Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Rules         Driving our positive, respectful and passionate company culture         All other duties as assigned by supervisor   Key Requirements :        Generalized computer skills         Detail oriented         Ability to work under pressure         Able to adapt to changes        Ability to perform repetitive tasks         High-energy, enthusiasm & the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.         At least 21 years of age        No drug related felony; ability to pass a comprehensive background check   Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods of time Can physically lift up to, not exceeding, 50lbs Ability to complete multiple projects with excellent follow-through 6+ months greenhouse / horticulture / agriculture experience Ability to work in high temperatures and humidities found in cultivation rooms   Temescal Wellness is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
