Responsibilities Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with practice protocols and regulatory requirements Ensure efficient workflow and task completion within designated timelines Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and practice operations Billing and Insurance : Completing insurance forms, filing claims, tracking their progress, and managing billing records and payments Checking insurance eligibility and benefits / discussing benefits with patients Patient scheduling Record Management : Filing, scanning, and creating documents, and uploading paper files to a digital database. #MNSTR
