Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and progress
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning

    • Requirements :

  • Active Maine Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Doctorate or Bachelor's / Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills
  • Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
