The successful candidate will focus on cultivating relationships and executing sales strategies with contractors and builders, ensuring they have access to our premier building materials and tailored model apartment packages. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about driving sales and building relationships in the construction and building materials sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing contractors and builders. Understand customer needs and requirements to promote appropriate products and services. Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals that effectively communicate Model55?s offerings. Manage and respond to project bids, from initial contact through project completion. Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products tailored to client specifications. Track and report on sales activities and forecast sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Participate in trade shows and industry conferences to network and promote Model55 offerings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. Exceptional negotiation and sales skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
