Report Performance : Update Site and District Managers regularly. Boost Efficiency : Increase car counts, reduce downtime, and minimize errors. 2+ years team leadership experience in a retail / customer service-based industry Experience driving for and achieving results Membership sales experience is a plus! Excellent customer service expertise and ability to train and develop this competency in others Attention to detail and familiarity with processing business administrative tasks (scheduling / payroll / sales tracking / KPI reporting) Strong ethics and commitment to do the right thing even when no one is looking Genuine drive to be the best, and a healthy sense of competition Contests, games, and fun prizes Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance Paid vacation and sick time 401(k) retirement plan with employer match
