As an Operations Supervisor , you’ll get to work closely with Plant management in developing all plant personnel and ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently! We’re looking for someone who is ready to take their experience in a similar industry and grow!

Shift : We are looking for a 2nd Shift Supervisor to work Monday through Friday from 2 : 30pm to 11pm.

What You'll Do

• Enforce safety standards, achieve production goals, and maintain quality standards
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the production function of the site
• Perform pallet sort, light pallet repair, forklift operation and customer service duties
• Lead production and provide customer support when necessary
• Work overtime as needed or swing shifts at times
