Position Objective :

The Human Resources Manager – East Branches is responsible for managing all HR functions for multiple branch locations in the eastern US, ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. This role partners with branch managers and senior leadership to foster a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support talent management initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals. This key role also works collaboratively with corporate HR and other leaders on organizational HR projects, initiatives and support needs.

Key Accountabilities :

Recruitment & Staffing

• Partner with branch managers to assess staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ensure branch staffing levels meet operational requirements.

Training & Development

Performance Management

Compliance & Policy Enforcement

HR Administration & Reporting

Requirements :

Position Requirements :

This role requires regular travel to eastern branch locations and the flexibility to address HR issues across multiple time zones or shifts.
