Schedule : 8 AM to 4 : 30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch - 8 hours per day

No call

Looking for FULL TIME Locum coverage

Provider must be available to work 4 week stretches at a time

Provider can take some time off in between 4 week stretches, but cannot take time off within the 4-week block

Number of Physicians in Practice : 1

Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic / Office) : 20-25 on treatment with weekly treatment visits, follow-ups and consults

Adult patients

Required procedures :

Conventional Radiotherapy

3D Radiotherapy

External Beam Radiation - IMRT

External Beam Radiation - IGRT

External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT

Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)

Stereotactic Radiosurgery

Photon Beam Radiation Therapy

Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy

Credentialing timeframe : 2 months
