In this role, you will :
Manage and grow client social media accounts
on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, building each client’s unique brand identity.
Develop tailored social media strategies
to drive engagement, grow audiences, and deliver meaningful traffic to client websites.
Create compelling visuals
in Canva that enhance client brands, keeping up with social media trends and audience preferences.
Consult and collaborate
with clients to understand their goals, identify opportunities for growth, and provide hands-on support that aligns with each client’s mission.
Provide regular social media updates
to clients, documenting successes and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
Drive account growth
by building client relationships and consistently delivering value, from initial content planning through post-campaign follow-ups.
Day-to-Day Activities
Schedule and create visually appealing posts tailored to each client’s brand.
Maintain a consultative approach by engaging clients in monthly check-ins, setting realistic goals, and helping them implement impactful social media strategies.
Track client schedules and deliverables to ensure content is on time and on-brand.
Document client interactions and account progress to maintain clear, organized records of every engagement.
Pay and Benefits
Base Salary of $37,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
Monthly performance bonus that can add up to an additional 25%

Qualifications
Proven experience in social media marketing and management
Strong client relationship management skills
Proficiency in SEO and social listening techniques
Familiarity with Canva and / or Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience using social media scheduling tools
Ability to create engaging content and manage public relations
Knowledge of Google Analytics and web analytics tools
