Mainframe CICS Systems Programmer

Position Summary : As a Mainframe CICS Systems Programmer, you will be integral in supporting customer service requests and ensuring the optimal performance of CICS TS and related OEM software products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Timely fulfillment of customer service requests for CICS TS and related products.
• Provide primary support for problems related to CICS TS and OEM product issues.
• Available for support on a 24 / 7 / 365 basis across multiple time zones.
• Follow best practices for the installation of OEM software products, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Assist with customer migration services related to CICS TS and related products.
• Collaborate with Disaster Recovery Services to execute customer disaster recovery plans effectively.
• Manage schedules to ensure resources are utilized efficiently for timely implementations.
• Adhere to ITSM change control procedures for implementing vendor-specific corrections and upgrades.

Benefits Include :

Salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $123,000 annually, depending on various factors including experience and skills, alongside performance-based bonuses and equity grants.
