Xcelerate Loan Processor

Location: In-Office (Meridian, ID) Reports to: Processing Manager

Position Summary: The Xcelerate Loan Processor supports the loan origination process by preparing and reviewing residential loan files for initial underwriting submission. This role ensures the accuracy and completeness of documentation, working closely with Loan Officers and support staff to help move files efficiently through the Xcelerate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review new loan submissions for completeness and accuracy based on Xcelerate processing requirements.
2. Order and review third-party verifications, including VOEs, VOIs, tax transcripts, SSN validations, and other necessary items.
3. Access and utilize various industry systems such as GUS, FHA Connection, MERS, VA WebLGY, and third-party platforms for employment/income verification.
4. Ensure all data entered into the loan origination system (Byte) is accurate and up to date.
5. Maintain organized records and detailed notes within the loan file to support efficient handoff to underwriting.
6. Support pipeline management by monitoring loan statuses and proactively resolving outstanding documentation issues.
7. Assist in maintaining and updating internal processing procedures and documentation.
8. Collaborate with team members and participate in department meetings or special projects as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to review complex documentation with accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with minimal grammatical errors.
• Professional and courteous customer service mindset when working with internal and external partners.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable navigating multiple web-based platforms.
• Prior experience in mortgage, banking, or administrative support is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with Byte or similar loan origination systems is a plus.
• Must be a team player with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
