Network Solutions Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking a Network Solutions Architect to drive technical engagement with customers who operate large scale data centers. This role requires both deep technical knowledge and strong customer interaction skills. The successful candidate will make a significant impact by aligning our solutions with customer goals. Working closely with Product Management and Software Development, the Network Solutions Architect will influence product development and strategic direction to best serve our customers and achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business team to provide pre-sales technical systems engineering support for customers
• Act as a trusted advisor to gather requirements and identify opportunities
• Understand customer pain points and conduct network architectural reviews
• Architect, design, and propose customer solutions for large scale cloud and AI data centers.
• Perform hands?on tests to validate proof?of?concept setups, data center designs, and network deployments using new products and features
• Develop design guidelines and recommend improvements for customer networks
• Partner with the Sales Team to respond to RFPs / RFQs
• Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering
• Stay current on competitive solutions, products, and services
• Author white papers on technology and products
• Participate in key industry events

The starting base salary for the selected candidate will be established based on their relevant skills, experience, qualifications, work location, market trends, and the compensation of employees in comparable roles.

The pay range for this role is :

210,000 - 280,000 USD per year (San Francisco Bay Area)
