Job descriptionGreet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries. Support day-to-day operations including order processing, scheduling, and administrative tasks. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly. Proficiency in CorelDRAW is preferred; Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is acceptable. Strong understanding of vector graphics and file preparation for print and embroidery. Experience with embroidery and screen printing is a significant plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Prior experience in a front office or customer service role is beneficial.
Front Office & Graphics Specialist
Location : Pineville NC
Pay is $18.00-20.00 / hr
MUST have Graphics experience in any industry.
Hours are 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm
Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Front Office & Graphics Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong graphic design skills. Approximately 50% of the role will focus on graphics work , with the remaining time dedicated to operations or customer service , depending on the candidate's strengths and interests.
Key Responsibilities :
Graphics & Design
- Create and enhance logos, vector images, forms, and promotional product imprints.
- Design layouts and artwork for embroidery and screen printing applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure design accuracy and brand consistency.
- Prepare files for production, ensuring compatibility with various printing and embroidery processes.
