MSN Systems SME
Location : Bellevue, NE
Minimum Clearance Required : Top Secret / SCI
Travel : Up to 10% travel to CONUS locations as needed by customer
As a MSN Systems SME , you will be responsible for providing technical subject matter expert (SME) support for SAOC WS training system development, design and validation.
Who You Are and What You Need :
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance required
- Minimum of five (5) years of flight experience specifically on the E-4B aircraft
Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or flight management experience including :
Review, analysis and management of flight ops, scheduling, and airspace useReview, analysis and management of ISR mission issues, processes, systems and logisticsProficiency with USAF operational / test instructions, and FAA policies / regulationsExperience using electronic Technical Orders (TOs) / DirectivesExperience with Ground and / or flight Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) preferredFamiliarity with mission planning tools and software (Foreflight, ARINC, JUMPS, etc.)What You Will Do :
Support SAOC WS working groups / meetings as required.Travel to attend in person meetings related to SAOC WS development, design, and maintainability.Provide practical insight into SAOC operational mission utilization as it relates to aircraft mission systems, training, operations, and daily end-user activities.Support mission system operational analysis.Offer guidance on aircraft workstations utilization, including recommendations and reviews of operational tempos.Provide context on current procedures to meet mission-specific requirements.Support the development and refinement of the Layout of Passenger Accommodations (LOPA).Provide input to Tech Order generation.Support the creation, execution, and validation of test procedures and related test activities.Attend customer meetings to provide relative context and information to requirements and operations.Support the development of training systems and procedures.Assist in testing for training, and other activities.Assist in the development and execution of Stressing Scenarios.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the standardization of training, policies, and operational proceduresReview document submissions for completeness and accuracy passed on-site customer requirements.Assist (with) :
