Medical Billing Compliance Auditor

A company is looking for a Medical Billing Compliance Auditor to join their Internal Auditing Team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct internal reviews to ensure accurate billing in compliance with regulations

Fulfill external medical record requests and assist clients with compliance needs

Identify and report billing errors and prioritize tasks as needed

Required Qualifications and Education

Minimum of two years' EMS billing experience

Knowledge of ambulance coding and CMS Ambulance regulations

Familiarity with EMS run records and terminology

Proficient in Microsoft Applications : Excel, Outlook, and Word

Ability to manage record requests and handle documentation efficiently
