OIPA Developer

A company is looking for an OIPA Developer - Life Product Configuration (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

Develop program logic, modify existing programs, test, and document complex application systems

Analyze business needs and design applications to meet acceptance criteria

Mentor less experienced programmers and improve productivity through effective use of technology tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or equivalent experience

3 to 5 years of experience in developing, testing, debugging, and documenting complex program logic

Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide mentorship

Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to various audiences
