Job description

Contract Coordinator Administrative Assistant needed in Phoenix!

LHH is partnering with a growing organization to hire a Contracts Coordinator in Tempe, AZ! As the Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for communicating and following up with vendors as well as generating reports for the team and management. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity within a well-established growing organization. If you want an opportunity to get your foot in the door this is the job for you!!

Job Responsibilities :

  • Construction Invoicing
  • Excel formula knowledge
  • Receives customer requests and coordinates vendors for completion of repairs.
  • Records all incoming issues and follow up with vendors to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Utilizes systems to check for accuracy on work orders entered to ensure they are processed efficiently, and data is correct for reporting purposes.
  • Assist as necessary with the on-boarding process of all new vendors.
  • Resolves issues with individual invoices to allow the invoices to be approved for payment
  • Communicate with external vendors regarding order status
  • Maintain accurate database
  • Ensure vendor compliance

Job Qualifications :

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of 1-2 years in an administrative or vendor specialist capacity
  • Strong database experience
  • MUST have strong excel skills
  • Pay : $23 / hr - $27 / hr depending on actual contract management experience.

    Contract-to-hire - 40 hours a week
