U.S. Licensed Corporate Counsel

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to manage legal support for its partnership team and product organization.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate various partnership agreements, focusing on product development and Go-To-Market partnerships

Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding company processes and partnership strategies

Build cross-functional relationships and support the legal team in improving efficiency and aligning with best practices

Required Qualifications

3+ years of relevant working experience

Law Degree from an accredited law school, preferably with postgraduate qualifications

Licensed to practice law in the U.S

Experience in negotiating complex technology partnership and SaaS agreements with Fortune 100 companies

Excellent substantive knowledge of intellectual property laws
