Qualifications
10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in biopharma, with a deep understanding of oncology (solid tumor experience strongly preferred). Large team management experience preferred (10+ people) Demonstrated success in P&L leadership roles, including responsibility for cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, market access, analytics, etc.). Minimum of 2-3 years each of sales management and 5+ years of marketing leadership experience, with proven ability to grow in-line products in competitive markets. Expertise in launch strategy, pricing and reimbursement, HEOR, and lifecycle management. Market Acc ss experience is preferred Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams through growth and transformation. Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and to build trusted relationships across R&D, Medical, and Commercial functions. Recognized credibility with external stakeholders (KOLs, payers, advocacy groups) and strong market orientation. Strategic, innovative thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven leadership style. Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.

For this role, the full and complete base pay range is : $370,000.00 - $444,000.00 Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis. At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
