About The Position

Catalytic Solutions is seeking 14 Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PSYL) to provide essential mental health services at a correctional facility in Ione , CA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a structured and collaborative environment while delivering critical care to patients.

Position Details :

Title : Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Openings : 6
Location : Correctional Facility – Delano, CA
Pay Rate : W2 : $140.00 - $142.00 per hour or 1099 : $150.00 - $155.00 per hour
Schedule : Full-time contract (6 to 9 months) – Eligible for extensions
Sign-on Bonus : $3000

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver psychological services under the Senior Psychologist, Supervisor, or Chief of Mental Health

Conduct mental health evaluations, including criminal, psychological, and substance abuse assessments

Provide crisis intervention, individual therapy, and group psychotherapy

Maintain order, safety, and professional conduct within the correctional facility

Perform mental status exams, psychological assessments, and treatment planning

Document patient care using SOAPE-formatted progress notes

Assist inmates with SSI applications and access to community services

Collaborate with treatment teams and institutional healthcare personnel

Develop and implement mental health education and rehabilitation programs

Job Requirements

Qualifications / Requirement :

Minimum 12 months of continuous experience within the last 3 years delivering direct patient care in a public or private institution

Current clinical competencies

Valid Photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport) – Required

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association – Required

Valid California Psychologist License (Hard Copy) – Required
