We are looking for a self-driven and results-oriented Retail Store Manager who combines outstanding leadership and store management skills, as well as the ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team, within a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include :

Specific qualifications for this role include :

B ased on experience, theexpected pay range for this position is between $21.00per hour and$33.75per hour. This is achieved through a base hourly wage ranging from$21.00to$28.40, acommission of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance, and additional compensation to ensure minimum wage if necessary. Associates are also eligible for a quarterly bonus based on overall store sales.

Full-time associates are also eligible for Medical / Dental / Vision Plans , 401(k) Plan, Life Insurance and Disability Plans , Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts , Paid Holidays, Sick / Personal Days and Vacation Time.
