Babysitter Needed

My child is still diapers and I would need someone experienced with babys. My son needs babysitting and just likes to play. We do have a very friendly dog who will be home with the baby, and they get along quite well! If our dog is a problem we can put him in a room until we get home. My husband and I both work within healthcare, so our days needed vary. We need reliable care a couple of days a week, from 7-5 and it would be nice to start doing some date days / nights here and there as well. Our days needed to change weekly due to our schedules. Sometimes only one day a week or non is needed.
