MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTIONS :

• Responsible for providing support in quality related functions, such as incoming inspection, first articles, receipt and investigation of customer returned products.
• Inspect incoming parts as per customer’s specifications and or applicable blue prints. Generate inspection reports, as necessary.
• Accurately investigate, returned (RMAs) products, and provide corrective action plan(s) reports to customers, as required. Process DMR information in Epicor.
• Generating accurate Certificate of Conformance for products, when required.
• Performing other job duties as needed or assigned.
