Meetings Coordinator

Hybrid in DC | Full-Time | Temporary

Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving problems collaboratively? We’re looking for an Meetings Coordinator to join our client’s team on an interim basis to help deliver exceptional experiences for event stakeholders.

What You’ll Do :

  • Answer emails and phone calls to help with registration and event questions.
  • Help assign and support exhibitor and sponsor accounts.
  • Lead a small team and keep attendee records organized.
  • Coordinate registration and presentation logistics.
  • Handle customer orders and updates following department guidelines.
  • Create and send communications to guide stakeholders through event steps.
  • Proofread marketing materials and update website content.
  • Work with marketing and operations teams to support event success.
  • Keep registration systems up to date.
  • Pitch in with other event-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across teams.
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaboration, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about customer success and event operations.

    Pay Details : $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
