Job Description

Lead end-to-end delivery for large-scale transformation and modernization initiatives across cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft), data, digital, and API / microservices ecosystems.
Oversee modernization programs, including the migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native architectures.
Partner directly with senior client executives, acting as a trusted advisor and delivery leader for complex technology programs.
Drive excellence in delivery execution, governance, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
Champion Agile, DevOps, and automation practices to improve speed, quality, and delivery performance.
Manage onshore and offshore delivery models, ensuring seamless coordination and accountability.
Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional delivery and engineering teams.

Collaborate with business leadership to evolve delivery models, standardize frameworks, and scale operations effectively.

Contribute to pre-sales and account growth efforts by aligning technical capabilities with client needs.

What You Bring

15+ years of experience in IT delivery, consulting, or technology program leadership.

Proven success delivering enterprise transformation, ERP modernization, and digital initiatives across global organizations.

Deep understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern API / microservice-based architectures.

Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, and cloud migrations (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft).

Strong background managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary teams across onshore / offshore delivery environments.

Excellent client-facing communication and executive presence — you enjoy engaging with senior stakeholders and building trust.

Financial management expertise including budgeting, forecasting, and P L ownership.

Certifications in Agile (Scrum / SAFe) or Project Management (PMP) preferred.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
